Here at Cherryon boutique we strive to make sure all our valued customers are well taken care of. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please take a look at your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you see that you've received a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact( our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple guideline of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, we cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 14 days* of the date you received your order.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Include your original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Please allow our team 7-10 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.


You can make any exchanges once a store credit is issued, and please be sure to remind us that you have a store credit when you check out in the memo section!

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

Cancelling Your Order

If anything happens and you need to cancel your order, please be sure to do so right away! our shipping window is 24-48 hours and we must receive a cancel request before the merchandise ships to you!

Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

Found another item you want to add? contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if we have not already processed your order. We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at and include both order numbers in your message.
